BCTEC support the growth of Hispanic Business in Virginia

Mariam Borges, President and CEO and Jose Borges, Vice President and COO of BCTEC will be co-chair at the Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Women in Business Committee and Membership Committee.
